Currently the Director of Support of Splash (splashthat.com), I lead a global support team that empowers event marketers to host live, virtual, and hybrid events to achieve their business goals through software. I started as the second Support Specialist and now run the department, driving vision for the company.
From early Myspace days to multimedia journalism, then writing JavaScript to solve front-end problems - to empowering others to solve those problems - I have built upon my strengths of communication with technical, interpersonal, and business skills in different industries.
My strengths are in professional development, resume and cover letter building, coaching, leadership, general job search and navigating working relationships. I also help translate HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, and UX best practices for the non-tech savvy.I love cheese, international travel, live music, and Ohio State football!
