Head of Talent | Mighty Group IncWeronika serves as the Head of Talent and People Operations at Mighty, a Legal Tech startup in NYC, managing all aspects of hiring, HR, and people operations. . She started her recruitment career on the agency side, assisting her clients with finding top-notch candidates, most recently including AI and Machine Learning Researchers/Engineers in the FinTech space.
In wanting to have deeper insight into the inner workings of a company and it’s culture as well as more ownership over hiring strategy, Weronika made the shift to internal recruitment and hasn’t looked back since!
Outside of her day job, Weronika co-manages Women in Talent, a group focused on bringing those that identify as women in the talent and recruitment industry together to connect and exchange ideas. I She holds a B.A. in Psychology from NYU with minors in Computer Science, French, and Web Programming Applications.
