I'm a software engineer and live in Matawan, NJ. I have my BS in Computer Science from TCNJ and have about 10 years of professional full-stack experience. Java was the only language I used in college, and I then learned any web development skills while working.

Java is still the language I use most in my current job in advertising technology. However, I'm now as, if not more, comfortable working in JavaScript and my personal project is built with NextJS.

I'm interested in how full-stack web development is taught and want to help others learn the skills I wish I hadn't learned during large projects with tight deadlines.
